NHL Re-Rates: Each off-season, GMs get ONE (unless awarded extra) player on their professional or farm roster to re-rate based on their NHL career, and NOT VHL performance. GMs must follow these guidelines. - Players must be 25 years of age or older. - Players must be 57ov or under. - Players must have a profile on one of sportsnet.ca, tsn.ca, or hockeydb.com. No other links will be accepted. - UFA signing can not receive an NHL re-rate. - Player can not re-rate over 65ov
Player Points: Each off-season, GMs get 20 points to add to players attributes as they see fit. GMs must follow these guidelines: - Players must be 27 years of age or older. - Players can not receive more than 8 player points. - Player can not recieve more then 3 points per attribute. - UFA signings can not receive player points
STHS Re-Rates: With the STHS softwear now doing the re-rates, GMs will be given 3 re-rate challenges per off-season.
